Lack of sleep can leave you tired and irritable throughout the day and cause damage to your mind and body. Our body needs a minimum of 6-10 hours of rest in a 24-hour period. If you find your eyelids drooping between 4-6 pm, you probably aren’t getting enough shut-eye in the night.

It helps to read the list of ingredients of the food, cosmetics and other products that you buy and use. That will help you understand if the product you are about to buy has any harmful, unnatural or unhealthy ingredients, which can cause various illnesses, allergies and even cancer.

Practice Gratitude

As we chase after all the material things in life, we sometimes forget to be grateful for all the blessings that we have. Slowing down, and appreciating the things we take for granted goes a long way towards creating a sense of physical and mental well-being.
